Still taking money when not on their ?

Called from Australia and got a lame recorded message saying youre unexpectedly off line. For an international organisation whose parent company Spark owns a list of dating sites it is spurious that you cant have a dedicated 24hr call center, no matter what the unexpected problem is.

Start up the generator or get on your bike and peddle the power, the excuse sounds very fake. Be accountable.

Im a new customer from Australia, signed up and paid AUS $329.70.

I signed out and when I tried to sign back in my email or password werent recognised. When I tried to reset the password I didnt get the email offering a reset, so it means my email address isnt recognised.

So I tried to call (rather than stuff around with remote coms) in the hope to talk to a human but I got a recorded message saying I there was an unexpected problem so they couldnt answer the call.

What BS!

The parent company Spark owns a number of international dating sites if they cant start the generator up or start peddling the bike to answer calls theyre not fit for business. Its very spurious.

I cancelled my membership months ago and have received a renewal notice. It is almost impossible to follow the directions offered. I requested confirmation of my cancellation at the time.

Worst website ever. I have just checked my supposed matches.

75% live in Dawes Point.

Not one of the matches live there. It is impossible to meet a match who lives in your area.
